1. Return Window:

Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Return Condition:

Items must be in their original condition

Items must be unused & unwashed

Include the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, boxes, hangers, and freebies (if any)
3. Refund Method:

Refunds are issued as purchase code only upon successful return.
4. Return & Return Fees:

Returns are allowed only under following conditions:

Customer has made an unboxing video as a proof of damage

Return conditions of clause 2 applies

Returns’ fees are refunded as purchase code only upon successful return.
5. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order & before it’s shipped. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

For cancellations after 24 hours, before shipping, refunds will incur up to a 5% deduction.
6. Customized Product Policy:
Any order which has customization of size or quantity or location or gifting boxes, is not eligible for return or exchange.
